# Submit your application

Applying by emailing recruitment@antisociallabs.io, and send us your Resume and GitHub. You can expect to hear back from us shortly afterwards.

We are looking to hire at any level of experience, so don't hesitate to get in touch!

Things that will help your application:

Tell us about cool projects you have worked on
Show us some of the best code you have written
Explain how you will be valuable to our team
Send us a picture of your cat

# What to expect

We will try to get back to you shortly after your application. If we decide to move forward with your application, you will be invited to our exclusive discord, where we will conduct an async interview.

You will be given a number of tests to assess your coding skills and technical knowledge. Once you have completed the test we will discuss your answers, and you may be posed further and even harder challenges.

We may also use this process to assess your cultural fit or to have a chat with you.

The interview is conducted asynchronously, meaning that you can do it on your own terms, whenever your time allows. We may want to have a call with you, but only in cases where we are likely to move forward with your application, and it would not be a waste of any of our time.

Once you pass all of these, well, the sky is the limit.
